I stayed standard twin room. It was clean and wide that I could stay comfortable. Many company branches and restaurant were around there so if you have a car ( of course ), no problem with the location. Breakfast was ok, many kinds of fruit and bread. Big TV, sofa, newspaper are in lobby so you can also kill time... more

After having read some of the reviews, I was expecting the worst. We weren't able to book a hotel downtown on an October weekend. The cheapest price for a three-star was twice what we had paid for a four-star in August 2008. Once school is in, the availability of hotel rooms just evaporates in Boston and the prices skyrocket. Nothing... more

Visiting our college age daughter in Boston for the weekend is always expensive. Let's face it -- hotels in Boston are expensive. Since we drive to Beantown, this hotel was a fine choice for us. Easy to park and its free. Rooms are smallish but very attractive and well appointed. Overall, a very good value. more

"We were pleasantly surprised after reading previous reviews and had such a good experience we felt compelled to write our own. The walk to the subway was my big concern as we did not have a renal car until halfway through our stay. At no time did we encounter anyone who was suspicious, nor was there any loitering going on.... more

I was really looking forward to this trip to Boston but the trip was marred by the disappointment in this hotel. There was a stale smell, breakfast was very overpriced, it was in a terrible location and had poor access to transportation, you always had to ask for linens--I could go on and on. I wished I had looked further... more

First of all, the address didn't work in my garmin and the place is hard to find even thought it is right off the freeway. Type in 14 allstate rd, Dorchester, MA. That is the Best Buy and if you go behind the Best Buy, there you are. The hotel has free parking which is a definate bonus for Boston.... more

Very nice clean place. Looked fairly new. Service was great. Was always greeted as I came in the door. Great indoor pool/hot tub. about the only downside was the location. the hotel was located in an area you probably wouldn't want to do a lot of walking in and it was a $20-30 cab ride to downtown each time. They... more

I thought reviews on this hotel were good, so choose it for a trip to Boston. That was a big mistake. The room was dusty. The phone book was particularly covered in dust. I had to request washcloths every day. If you use the subway, you walk through a pretty scary area. For $149.00 this was definitely not worth the... more

This hotel is close to a shopping mall, subway and I93. The rooms are clean and spacious but the front desk staff can be more friendly :). The travel time to downtown 6-8minutes drive, not in rush hours. Overall a good place to stay that offers you complementary parking. more

Stayed here with my kids for a weekend. We went to the Aquarium and the Museum of Science. The hotel is 3 blocks from Andrews station on the red line, making it very easy to get into the city to all the attractions. It's just south of Boston, the exit is where you come out of the tunnel (if heading... more
