Visiting our college age daughter in Boston for the weekend is always expensive. Let's face it -- hotels in Boston are expensive. Since we drive to Beantown, this hotel was a fine choice for us. Easy to park and its free. Rooms are smallish but very attractive and well appointed. Overall, a very good value. more

I was really looking forward to this trip to Boston but the trip was marred by the disappointment in this hotel. There was a stale smell, breakfast was very overpriced, it was in a terrible location and had poor access to transportation, you always had to ask for linens--I could go on and on. First of all, the address didn't work in my garmin and the place is hard to find even thought it is right off the freeway. Type in 14 allstate rd, Dorchester, MA. That is the Best Buy and if you go behind the Best Buy, there you are. The hotel has free parking which is a definate bonus for Boston.... more

I thought reviews on this hotel were good, so choose it for a trip to Boston. That was a big mistake. The room was dusty. The phone book was particularly covered in dust. This hotel is close to a shopping mall, subway and I93. The rooms are clean and spacious but the front desk staff can be more friendly :). The travel time to downtown 6-8minutes drive, not in rush hours. Overall a good place to stay that offers you complementary parking. more
