When we arrrived we were a bit surprised, cluttered rooms, worn carpets, but within a few minutes we realised it was OK. I consider this an ideal place to stay if you are visiting Boston and don't want to spend an arm and a leg for lodging. John and Kathy are great hosts with a great sense of humor.
