This property is all that you would expect of a Four Seasons and is in an excellent location. The interior design was more modern than I had expected and the views of the park are lovely. The staff at the property are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. This property does a great job of being professional without being stuffy. Staff... more

Had the fortune of finding a good deal on a room at the Boston Four Seasons for a business trip. My experience at this hotel was, by far, the best I've yet to have. It's hard to imagine a more friendly, accommodating and able staff to help make for a more comfortable business trip. In addition to the stellar experience... more

We do a three day event at the Four Seasons every year for work and there is nowhere better in Boston to do this. The service, food and decor is exactly what you would hope for from the Four Seasons. Perfect location for shopping, the park and the buisness district. Great busy concierge more

We stayed here over the summer and had a perfect stay. Concierge was very helpful securing tickets to Red Sox/ Yankees game and Duck Tour tickets. Our rooms were spacious and all our requests were meet politely and promptly. Highly recommend. more

My wife and I went to the Four Seasons in Boston to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. From the moment I checked in, they knew everything about us (my wife's nut allergy, the fact that it was our anniversary), and they did everything to make us feel like royalty. I had brought a bottle of champagne and called down to... more

This is a first class hotel as you would expect of the brand in such mainstream city. I got upgraded to a big which actually was too big for my short stay ! I suppose that if you can only complain about the suite being too big, you have not had too bad a stay. Excellent and everything you would... more

I could recommend this hotel because is situated in center of the city, near the park, so you could walk to reach shops, Charles river, theaters and so on. Service and rooms are absolutely OK. more

If you think luxury means aloofness, formality and exclusiveness, think again. The Four Seasons Boston is the perfect mix of warmth, graciousness, staff assistance and pampering. The concierge desk is friendly, upbeat and eager to make your stay special and easy. Five stars all the way--location, property, amenities and, most importantly, staff. Don't even think of staying at any other... more

Excellent stay, I have been here few times, always very comfortable and luxury. Very fast check-in, beautiful, airy room, newly re-furbished came along with elegant style. L'Occitaine amenities, brand new towels, comfy bed, large plazma TV, nice view to the park. Big gym, relatively large swimming pool, clean (no salty, no full of chloryde) and not too warm (generally i... more

I spent a wonderful 4 nights in the Four Season Hotel Boston with my wife at the beginning of June. The hotel is perfectly located at Boston Common, only a short walk from either tha Back Bay or Financial Districts. The is also a metro station about 150 metres away on Arlington Road. Check in was a straight forward enough... more
