The Milner Hotel is a simple, no frills hotel. Rooms are comfortable enough for a safe, quiet night's sleep. Clean, but could do with more vacuuming (but that applies to all hotels). Staff was friendly and I was upgraded to a top floor room with Queen bed and sitting area. Bathroom was on small size and hotel is not brand spanking new. Arrived around 8pm with confirmation number in hand, and were told that our "reservation had been cancelled". And, that they were booked and could not accomodate us. And, made very little effort to try to help us find a room in a supposedly "all booked" city. Milnor claimed that Hotels.com cancelled our reservation, but we have no record of that.... more

I stayed in this hotel while in Boston to see a show. The hotel staff was really nice, the breakfast was tasty and the room was clean.
