It is a nice hotel but it is about 30% over priced, all of the hotel services are too. The restaurants and Starbucks are 30% over. more

The title of my review says it all. The staff does not care one bit for their guests. I complained about a roach in my room refrigerator and they asked me where the roach came from as if I brought it in with me. When I told the hotel manager that I wanted reimbursement for the food that was in... more

Very close to Back Bay station, shopping, convention center, restaurants, and T. The hotel will be nice again when the renovation is finished. If sensitive to dust, ensure that you ask for a floor that is finished, or better yet, in a different wing/tower. Excellent lobby, decent restaurant, nice bar, nice conference facilities. New tower has larger rooms, but less... more

I got a great deal for the room on Priceline. I didn't know what to expect, but I ended up being impressed. It's next to the convention center and the Hynes T stop, and conveniently located in Back Bay. The lobby is huge, very polished and modern. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff was very helpful during my stay.There... more

Centrally located (Prudential Center) with bus stops at the front door and 24/7 taxi stand that worked we enjoyed staying at a Sheraton much to my surprise. While not what I wanted to spend all hotels in Boston were more expensive we thought. We could have stayed further out for less but then what is the point? The Sheraton (and... more

I recently attended a conference at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston and stayed at the Boston Sheraton, which is conveniently located in the same complex. The buildings are linked, thus providing visitors with easy access without the worry of catching a cab or dealing with the weather. The hotel rooms were nicely appointed and the staff were friendly and... more

The hotel is connected to the Prudential Mall, Copley Mall, and is across the street from Newbury street, lots of shopping. There is even a grocery store right around the corner. I got an incredible rate online at hotels.com for $99.00 night/prepaid and since I am a starwood member got a great room in the North Tower on the 28th... more

I stayed for a long Labor Day weekend. The hotel was very nice if a bit far from the Freedom Trail. Room cleanliness and amenities were on par with the Sheraton brand. Staff was friendly and helpful, my room had a nice view of the river. The best feature is that it is attached to the Copley shopping mall. And... more

The Boston Sheraton was the first hotel on our trip round New England. We had a room on the 23th floor overlooking the river. Its a massive hotel and therefore very impersonal. Its part of the Prudential Centre so its easy to go shopping and eat locally if that's what you want to do. Have the say the room was... more

18 Oct 2009 | Trip type: Family

We stayed at the Sheraton October 13-17th. The location is fantastic for families. The rooms are quite small- look very closely at the photos. There is no dresser for clothing storage and the closet contains the safe, so there is limited floor space for bag storage. The bathroom is tiny - one person at a time. With three women in... more
