Just spent one night at the hotel with my family and we had a great time. The location is perfect for leisure travel and the staff really took good care of all of us. We got upgraded to a suite and really enjoyed the extra room and loved the Taj room upstairs for the extra amenities. Would definitely come back.... more

We loved this hotel, the location was fantastic, right across from the beautiful Public Gardens and close to the Freedom Trail with the historic sights marked along the way. The room was clean and comfortable as expected, not big, but the size was fine, nice sheets and a soft duvet. The bathroom was small but had everything needed, Molton Brown... more

The taj in Boston is a nicely run very average hotel. There is nothing specila about the service, decor or amenities and falls a little short on teh luxury side. The staff were friendly enough although a little bored and uninterested. Cleanliness was fantastic though and the housekeeper always asked to see if I was pleased and if I needed... more

We decided to go there for a nice breakfast, knowing that it would be expensive. It was expensive and the cafe was very nice but the food was awful. The pancakes tasted like cardboard. The diet coke was flat. Even the syrup had no taste. I would definitely advise people not to eat here. more

Stayed here for one night for my anniversary. Can't really complain. It was a perfectly nice stay. But for a luxury hotel, it isn't all that special. Service was very good. Staff was friendly and responsive. Room was nice I guess. Large and in pretty good shape, clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Overall, it feels a little like... more

Went to Boston for business and needed a hotel near the John Hancock building. The Taj is part of the Leading Hotels of the World group, which tends to be pretty good. The hotel offered a good level of luxury without being pretentious. Staff is extremely friendly and very service oriented. When they screwed up my room (they gave me... more

I stayed here with my family (wife and 2 kids aged 3 and 1) for 3 nights. I would heartily recommend this hotel and am very puzzled by its lowly standing in the ratings on Tripadvisor. I guess we got a pretty good deal due to the current climate: $394+tax/night for a Taj Club level 1 BR Junior Suite. The... more

TAJ is great hotel is a superb location. If you ask for a room with park view than it is specially nice. Rooms are spacious, staff is helpful. I think it is a good choice. Staff is specially helpful in all respect. ,Couple of downsides that if you pay for something in this range, should be aware of. In my... more
