Service, food and beverage leave a lot to be desired. A $60 charge to receive a package at the business center. A breakfast restaurant where I had to almost trip the waiter to get coffee. $8 for soup that frankly tasted worse than what you would get in a can. Wifi constantly crashes. Guest folio still wrong 24 hours after... More

This is my preferred hotel in Boston for business trips: 1) Large, beautiful and new rooms 2) Very good gym - even recently renovated too 3) Fantastic beds So, the 'hard product' is great but I still feel after all these stays, there is a lot to be improved on the front desk. There is ALWAYS a queue at reception.... More

A colleague booked us here and I only realized it too late to change. I've got to pay more attention to travel arrangements! Anyway, I ended up with a better room this time because the last time they also screwed up my Starwood points. Still, the bathroom sink faucet was not properly secured. Shouldn't the cleaning staff notice that the... More

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed at The Westin Copley Place on several occasions, both for business and pleasure, and without excpetion my experiences have always been outstanding. It's the first place I think of whenever I am stayng in Boston and want a first class experience. The presentation of the hotel is always exemplary, very neat, tidy, and... More

I have stay at the Westin Copley numerous times and I cant say enough great things about the hotel! From the time I was greeted at the front desk to the time I left, the professionalism from the staff was exceptional. The Director of Guest Services was helpful this past stay in accommodating a special request for the room. I'll... More

My wife and i stayed for 3 nights before Christmas. This time we were upgraded to a river view, the first time for us , and on a high floor. It was great. We had flown in from California and typically sleep in when we start a holiday trip. Housekeeping was flexible and just asked us to let them know... More

Probably one of my favorite aspects of Copley Place is that you can walk forever without ever having to bear the brunt of Boston's sometimes unforgiving weather. I stayed at The Westin Copley Place while one of my co-workers stayed at The Marriott Copley Place. A covered walkway/indoor mall connects Westin, Marriott, Copley Place and Prudential Center. You feasibly could... More

For the price of the room I think there are better choices in the same area I was staying. The room I stayed in was showing signs of wear and tear. My average rating was made stronger by staff. They are well trained, responsive and friendly. The common areas of the hotel were nice. It is a great location connected... More

Thank you for your comments on your recent stay at the Westin Copley Place. While I was delighted to hear that our staff exceeded your expectations, I was surprised to hear your comments about the room needing an update. We completed a total guest room renovation less than a year ago, so I would love to be able to go... More

I frequently stay at the Westin Copley flirting with the new W and the Four Seasons. Usually though I default back to the Westin since the rooms are a bit bigger, the Starbucks is literally right next to the lobby, and the terrific Equinox gym is across the street. While it is my default, I neither look forward to my... More

WOW! What an incredible story about service at the Westin Copley Place. The efforts by the Door and Security staff on your behalf truly make me proud that I am an employee of this incredible hotel. Service is what we sell and the employees you hire and giving them the empowerment to make decisions, and more importantly encouraging them to... More

We were there to take part in the MRS Fall conference. The location is so close to the conference venue--Prudential Center, which is in walking distance within the building complex. The rooms were clean and the staff at the lobby were friendly and efficient. We would strongly recommend this to those on business travel to Boston downtown. More

Thank you very much for your positive comments about the Westin Copley Place! I am delighted you were able to stay with usduring the recent MRS Conference. What a great point about our location. It is ideal for a conference at the Hynes Convention Center, particularly this time of year...you never have to go outside...we like to say it is... More
