The rooms were well equiped, with great hidef tvs and even free guides to Boston. But notice I said 'rooms'. We were given a room at the 8th floor, and when we tried to sleep there was an unbereable noise that sounded like an air conditioning fan just inside our heads. This hotel has fantastic proximity to Fanueil Hall, The North End, and The Waterfront. We were delighted with the room(queen atrium). Especially the surround sound stereo!! That was a plus.
