I stayed one night for a business meeting and found all services to be very good. The hotel is very well maintained and all staff nice and pleasant. The rooms were nice and my room was very quiet. The meeting rooms were nice.

Attended an event at the arena. Couldn't have asked for better location. Hotel is well maintained. Only downside is it is a drive to any fast food restaurants or restaurants in general. There is an onsite bar & restaurant but pretty pricey. Also there is no free breakfast option that many other hotels offer.

Very nice room, sheets & bathroom. The pillows, however, need to be replaced as some were worn out (bunchy), not long enough & not soft enough. Hard for a back sleeper or side sleeper to sleep on these short little pillows.

Had a 3 day meeting this week here. Hotel seems very dated from outside but that seems to be the case with many downtown Topeka buildings, but upon entering the hotel is very clean, well maintained and nicely layed out.
