I was here for a conference. The location is very good both for being near the convention center and an easy walk to the Gaslamp District. Since it is right on San Diego Bay, the outdoor restaurants and pool have a nice sunny and airy feel, and you can walk along the waterfront promenade to other hotels along the water.... more

We had a glorious stay at this hoitel in San Diego on the Bay. The hotel is relatively new and has a wonderful pool and spa overloooking San Diego Bay. Hotel Restaurant Vela (sp?) had a buffet breakfast that had smoked salmon, custom omlettes, We were there for a Realtors Conference across from the Hotel so it was very convenient.... more

Went to San Diego for meeting at convention center. Started at another hotel, but moved to Hilton after few days b/c got a great rate. The Hotel was great for location, restaurants, comfort. Proximity to convention center can't be beat. Would stay at again. more
