Staff is awesome except one, Teressa. She will make you feel like a bum trying to check in at the Ritz with $20. We watched her speak down at guests,roll her eyes when asked questions and really upset this New Zealand gal over a late check out. She can ruin your whole stay. More

So I didn't realise Comic-Con was on at the time of booking this hostel and it ended up being the only place with vacancies.
