Excellent service. I was properly greeted upon entering the hotel. The front desk, Jerry Tolo was professional and kind. Room was properly cleaned prior to arrival. The view was excellent. Parking was easily accessible. Very convenient to come in and out whenever.

We held a Mother's Day Brunch for our clients in the Arterra Great Room. My expectations were exceeded from when I initially spoke with Jenessa in Sales, to when I was greeted by Ken and Lisa on the day of. The room was setup wonderfully and the service was exceptional. Stay here frequently and love it. Night staff always looks after me when I'm up at 3:00 AM for no reason. Kudos to James, Breicia, and Masud for always making me feel at home. Great location, great food at Arterra, especially the sushi from Andrew.
