The Ivy seems to be a great hotel when you first arrive and check the place out but looks can be deceiving. The staff is rude, everything in the hotel is EXTREMELY overpriced. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was considering changing our reservation at the last minute. I'm so glad that I didn't.
