This recently redone hotel was terrific - from the bellboys greeting you to the front desk staff - service is clearly a priority. The place is beautiful. Great location! Close to everything in the Gaslamp. Great restaurant! However, front desk staff do not greet guests on arrival. They were mutes!!! Rooms have paper thin walks.
