I should of been paid to stay there! -Rooms horribly decorated -Bed hard with springs poking out -No air condition -Janky windows -Dirty Carpet -Stained comforter -People openly... more

We needed an inexpensive apartment for 3 persons for Easter Break in the beach area of Pacific Beach...we found this on Craigslist advertised at $325/wk! It turned out to be a studio apartment and we paid extra for the third person. This was the best deal we could find. Location was great and close to beach and clubs. Parking was... more

The Beachcomber Shores has a big banner out front saying "BEST RATES". They also runs ads without the hotel name but its phone number advertising cheap rates in the newspaper and other places. However the cheap advertised rate is never available when you inquire. Expect to pay $98 per night for a room after you take the bait and show... more

Perfect to be close enough to enjoy the bars and shops, but a nice distance away from the noise that takes place in the... more

If you want a great place to stay in San Diego, the Beachcomber Shores should be your first choice. A few blocks from the beach and from the multitude of shops and restaurants in Pacific Beach it's the perfect location. The staff is super efficient and great to look at too! more

The location is very convenient being close to the beach and everything else you'd need. Also the wireless internet was a nice amenity. You can't beat the price for what you get. more

Pluses: Four Blocks from the Ocean in a Nice Neighborhood Minuses: Over priced at $275.00 per week, plus $100.00 deposit. Rooms are only partially furnished - no chest of drawers or bureau in rooms, no place to put clothes you don't hang up. Windows don't close completely. Advertised as a 'motel' but no housekeeping services. You can pick up sheets... more
