I stayed one night for business. I like the location (walking distance to Little Italy), the price, the quality, friendliness of the staff and of course, the warm chocolate chip cookie I got when I checked in. Yum! I would definitely stay here again.

Will never book with Trip Advisor again. Overcharged for room. Horrible hotel. Also told that hotel was only 2 blocks from where I needed to walk to and it was really an avenue away. Big difference. The only good thing that came out of this stay was that the staff was nice, but hotel was old and dirty.

The hotel is close to the airport, just outside of the downtown area. Quite convenient, exspecially when arriving late at night. Little Italy, the Gaslamp district and the harbour are easy to reach on foot. The downside is the amount of noise from the highway and the aiport, if your room is facing to the north. great area of SD,close to airport,train and cruise ship rooms were very clean with great beds.Lobby a little out date,but,clean.In little Italy ,great restaurants .walking area Parking is tight Used by a lot of airline staff.

Walking distance to the fantastic Maritime museum and a short cab ride to Balboa park. Also close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and had a great view. Oh and I got a nice warm cookie while checking in :)
