Stayed here with the husband and two boys several years ago. The room was very comfortable, with a seperate bed room w/ TV for the adults and a pull out couch w/ its own TV for the kids. You can't help but notice a large trophy on the twelfth floor lobby desk of the Sheraton. The staff is proud of their service and intend to keep the trophy by staying friendly, keeping the rooms clean and attractive, providing internet access/boarding pass printouts in the lobby, taking care of problems right away such as replacing batteries in the TV... more
