Renovations underway. Will make Kona Kai even better. Noble House is a class act. For the most part, staff very nice. Already saw much improvement in physical facility. Some customer service training in order for front desk staff, I can't imagine staying elsewhere when we vacation in San Diego

Sad to be checking out today. Three families enjoyed a wonderful weekend getaway at Kona Kai Resort. Jessica was able to situate us all in rooms that walk out to the lawn, pool, and beach area. The pool is really great! We stay in great room with a living area that you can sleep on the pull-out sleep sofa. The place is a bit old, I was told that they will renovate soon. They also charge for a parking fee. But it's expected since it's in the waterfront SD. Great location
