What everybody says - clean, everything works, friendly staff, etc. But avoid room 12 at the end. The stairs are right thru the wall, and they are outside wooden stairs, and you can hear and feel it evertime someone goes up to the second floor rooms. I am sure there are other rooms with this issue too.
