Notom Ranch B&B is located about 20 miles east of Torrey on the backside(East) of Capitol Reef. It is operated by Chad & Roma and has 4 room options; 3 2nd floor King bed suites ($80/room) with Jacuzzi tubs and a larger multi- bed apartment in the basement with kitchen and living area. I just stayed there with 7 motorcyclists from Europe and we were all very impressed. Chad & Roma provided a nice breakfast and also an optional evening meal for $10/person. It's a bit far from the closest resteraunt, so this was a great option. Beautilful quiet location with their own Buffalo herd.
