A charming elegant "lodge - farm" not too far from the road but sufficient too forget it. A place who send you in the past without dust and who offer all the needs of the present. A place who sounds true. You feel confortable, cozy "like at home" in your room and around, well guided and informed by the owner.... more

Just returned from staying two nights at Lodge at Red River Ranch. Torrey is a great place to stay if you are making a circuit of the parks in southern Utah and the Lodge is the most upscale place to stay. Although it is supposedly a ranch it feels somewhat artificial. The rooms are small and a little contrived, big... more

My review is like many others. 16 rooms are wonderfully decorated in different themes. I stayed in Rodeo with great decor and had staff make a fire for us each night. Much love and lots of money went into making this lodge into a truly quality place. Breakfast is available for purchase each morning, dinners only on Fri and Sat... more

The Lodge is beautiful, meticulosly maintained with great attention to detail. Rooms are very large and confortable, very nicely furnished with antiques. Large & modern bathroom. The entire Lodge is just spotless & perfect in every way. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is probably the best in the area. Really a very pleasurable stay would recommend... more

We spent 2 lovely nights at the RRR and wanted to share our great experience with anyone who is considering this lodge. The lodge itself becomes the destination and hiking Capitol Reef and the surrounding areas are fun to do during the day. The rooms are cozy and full of authentic Indian collectibles which adds so much to the overall... more

This lodge's main selling point is its interior decoration. My understanding is that it was built in the 1990's, and was done to look like an old-fashioned western log-and-wood lodge. It has a very attractive great room with some terrific native American rugs on the wall. The rooms are decorated based on themes. My room was "Vintage." It was charming,... more

We arrived after dark and were welcomed by a crackling fire and a friendly staff member. Every detail of this lodge--the lobby cathedral ceiling, western artifacts, time-period furnishings, theme decorated rooms, surround-sound music and friendly dining room invited us to feel at home. We were quite unprepared for the view at daybreak. The natural beauty exceeded our greatest expectations. It... more

My husband and I stayed here for 2 days while touring southern Utah. It's a nice play to stay in very scenic surroundings. They keep a small buffalo herd in a large, penned in area in front of the lodge and some horses in fields behind the house. Views from the ranch are gorgeous and it's relaxing to stroll around... more

My husband and I stayed here while exploring Capitol Reef National Park, which was amazing! The lodge feels like you're stepping back in time into a well-to-do ranch - rich leather, antiques, and classical music piped through the intercom system. We stayed in the Anasazi room with comfy king bed, fireplace and our own outdoor area. Ranch scenery was wonderful... more

I went to write a review on this property but couldn't find it on trip advisor until today. With my review added to the others, I don't think this lodge will get off to a good start. To begin, my husband and our two boys were on a two week trip through Utah in high season. My husband stays out... more
