The staff was so friendly, the hotel was very clean, but the beds are so uncomfortable. Not only are they rock hard, but the one we were in sagged in the middle. My boyfriend actually was in pain in the morning because of the bed. It's a beautiful hotel, but they really, desperately need to get new beds.
