I really was expecting more from this hotel. The location was great however, rooms were small, and front desk service was disappointing! Last year we had an amazing stay at the Hampton Inn. This is a very cool hotel, but the rooms are painfully small. Really painfully small. I've been here three times and you can barely move around in some of them. We got booked for two nights into W through priceline so only after paying we started reading reviews and our hearts sunk. We prepared ourselves for Fawlty Towers experience. Very bad experiance. I took a Mega room in the 9th floor and it was very noisy. The sound from Lexington avenue was so strong that I could not sleep ! The Isolation is very poor.
