The staff could not have been more attentive. Derron the doorman went above and beyond. Great location - would definitely book again.

I ADORE this hotel. I stayed there for almost a week and was delighted with everything. The room was small, but exceptionally comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was hip and friendly and everything was spotlessly clean. I also loved that Bliss Spa is located here...it made my stay all the more pleasant.

This hotel was a lot of fun and the room was very comfortable. Most of the staff was attentive and they offered a lot of amenities for no charge. The common areas were very noisy for an older couple, but would appeal to younger travelers. When we walking into the lobby there was a DJ in the "living room" with...

My husband and I are early 30s and like to stay at Ws on points. My favorite in NYC is W Union Square - more hip and centrally located. W NY on Lex is better for business travelers. Overall it's a solid W property but nothing extra special. This hotel is usually a good value with points

loved the cleanliness, gym equipment fairly new.
Enjoyed the Bliss spa as well and loved the green apples in the lobby at all times!
Staff very helpful also.

This hotel is simply too dated to be up to W standards. There is no reason to stay here instead of any of the other Ws in NYC unless you absolutely need to be in this location. On top of that the service is quite poor. In two days we had four incidents of indifferent, lazy staff doing the bare...

I've stayed at a Lot of W hotels around the world, given i'm an spg member and they are generally young and vibrant, but this was certainly the least impressive. Hotel is dated now, rooms nothing special and the maseuse I got was at least 90 years old, but too late to say anything so I cringed it out for...

I stay here regularly for business.
It can get a bit pricey since its in Manhattan, but they always upgrade me and give me free internet.
I love its location - so I can walk to most of my meetings in Mid-Town.
Friendly, attentive staff, and good gym.
Rooms can be a bit small if you don't get a suite....

We stayed at the W Union Sq. for 2 nights. This hotel is one of the very first W hotels, and it lived up to our expectation! A really nice and safe location on Lexington near Park Ave. East side, a lot better area than to stay in Times Square area where it is just too crowded, full of tourists....
