This hotel rocks. I have always had a great experience at W's but this was a cut above. i made a special room request that was honored immediately and graciously. Room okay, mattress not great. Elevator ridiculously black so you can't see to insert your room card to operate the damn elevator. V. expensive for what the hotel offers.
