This place has a great location, 5 minute walk to the UN, and 15 minute walk to Times Square. I found the rooms small, simple but clean, the bathrooms were generally clean. I travelled to NY in November 2009 and was there for 2 weeks. The hotel was good for the price I paid. In Manhattan, it is very difficult to get an accomodation below $90.00 per day and for that price it was worth it. The shared bathroom facility on each floor was also good.
