“Great Staff”

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was small, but very clean and adequate. Small work out room in the basement. Cardio equipment have personal televisions. I like the location. The hotel is in a neighborhood and away from hubbub of the touristy hotels.

Great hotel with all the essentials. You can't beat the location and the staff is awesome. The room is small even by NYC standards but not a deal breaker. If my business returns me to New York I would strongly consider staying here again.

Clean, fresh and new. Great location in West Chelsea. Really small rooms, but if it's just you it's fine. If there are two of you, and one of you is not a male...really small. Little work area, but the shower is nice and all the soft goods and fixtures are new and in excellent working condition.

The customer service was very good and Elizabeth was awesome! The rooms are small but nice and clean. Fantastic location. There is a very nice rooftop and a gym and business center in basement. Free wifi. A lot of good restaurants in a walking distance.

Excellent customer service, clean hotel, great location, and great vibe. The decor was great, and service overall was very nice. There is also rooftop access. Free wifi, gym, and business center was a great free added bonus!

“Convenient & Affordable”

Commuting to the Empire State Building and Penn Station was a breeze from this hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms are small, but it's New York, so it's to be expected. Clean and comfortable. My room's window faced 22nd St, so it was also nice and quiet, which you can't always find in the city.
