I was eight nights in this hostel. When you enter the building it is believed that one is not a good hostel. BUT then, you love is being there, right after the second day. I loved. It is clean, and comfortable, the hostelman (William chinese) is very polite, nice and helpful, you have a terrace overlooking the street (good in summer). Have a family environment. I was always safe. The lockers give to save the wallet, passport and smaller things. Have micro wave, fridge and bottled water (50cent). In addition to all this has two computer with free internet.I go back there again! The hostel is very close to Port authoraty station (42st) and you can walk to times square and broodway. The Port authoraty Station takes you to where you want. To reach the hostel from JFK, you have to take the airtrain to Jamaica (stop) get there and take line "E" subway is very simple and then stop in Porth authoraty station, trip time - 40minutos ( 4Dollars).
