Even though it is major construction site outside you are not bothered by noice during the night. Great location to explore Manhattan, rooms come with complimentary bottled water (unlimited) and iPads. :)

Great location in lower Manhattan; it was an easy walk to Battery Park City, where I went for a workshop. Although there is construction outside, it is quiet inside. It is an older building, but looks like the entire hotel was remodeled recently. It is modern and comfortable - I'd stay again.
