I think this is the best hotel in NYC - Itravel extensively in the US, EU and Asiand what makes this so good is the personal service by the staff who take care of your every need. Nothing is too much. The rooms are great, service is the key - nothing quite bears it.

My best friend and I went for a birthday weekend and had a great time. The staff at the hotel was excellent! Always calling us by name and asking if everything was to our liking. They were helpful in suggesting places to eat and ways to get around the city. We would go back in a heartbeat!
