This is the most HORRIBLE Hilton I've ever stayed at. I'll list Positives first: Room was 'ok' - Location was 'great'....BUT these 2 things would never make me come back to this Hilton Property. Stayed here four days...only good thing is the location. Employee barged in to check fridge contents, had to phone for maid service, Manager very agressive when asked about double charging a $15 internet fee, charged me an extra $15 for use of my I-Touch....said too bad read the fine print. you get charged for every IP address....how many pensioners know... more

It's excellent Hilton hotel in the center of NY - Times Square is just around the corner, and subway too.
