In town on business...hotel and staff are terrific! The hotel needs a better restaurant for breakfast/lunch, as they're limited by size and menu...still a great hotel . Would come and recommend into to anyone looking or a first class experience. Great location near Central Park and shopping.

Location continues to matter and rooms overlooking the Park are best around. Concierge service remains best ever. However, check in service, lighting in the bathroom, which is not good for older eyes, and some of the doorman services seem to have been down graded or less than what one might expect for the price being paid. Could not fault this hotel - great spacious rooms in good condition, quiet although overlooks Central Park, courteous and helpful staff (especially concierge and doormen). Nice and cosy lobby. Had fantastic time.
