I stayed i 3G for a week. 3G is third floor on the corner of 57th street and 6th Avenue. This makes sure that you can hear the city, how ever after a full day of sightseeing even our 2 year old daughter had no problem sleeping. Hotel was noisy and furnishings were dated. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke and when we turned on the lamp the shade fell off. The couch was so shabby I wouldn't have sat on it. I immediately requested another room and it was only slightly better. Hotel location was the best feature. We would never stay here again. more

An unusual hotel in that there is no bar or restaurant, not even for breakfast or a coffee, but it's in a great location with a good choice of cafes, bars and restaurants very close by.
