I stayed here after getting a late flight back from Europe. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I stayed in an Atrium room which was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and even had a Mac computer on the desk. I stayed here a few months back. The location is the best. Its a safe hotel right in the middle of times square. You are around EVERYTHING which was so convenient to drop stuff off in the room and to go back and change. Rooms are big, modern and clean. We had an awesome view too. More

Great location, very clean, concierge had great recommendations, but some of the other service could use some improvement. Stayed at the Westin thru Priceline for $123 with tax. Beautiful to be in the city for the Giants Superbowl WIN! Hotel was beautiful, staff were great, bar had lots of cold beer.. What more could you want! More
