My wife and I stayed one night and were charged for 2. I requested a call back from the manager who is never there. No call back. Sheets had stains, TV whistled when on, very small room. Good luck trying to get a refund if hotel makes a mistake checking you in! Never again. Terrible.

This would be an average motel style room elsewhere. The price is reasonable for NYC standards, room is mediocre but is clean and thats what matters. The hotel was fine. Pretty clean and a good space for New York City. I realized quick I was not a fan of Chinatown so we will probably not stay here again but it was decent. The staff was extremely helpful friendly each day.
