Elegant and plush hotel. Tall building and I believe the lounge is on the 35th floor. Sterile entry and security approaches immediately. You can't get to the elevator unless you have a key. This is probably the freshest/ cleanest feeling luxury hotel in Manhattan. Since NYC can be so gritty we really appreciate that about the Mandarin.
