We stayed at the Affinia Dumont in Mid April this year and I thought it was very nice. The room, which was a suite was fine, the maid made up the sofa bed within minutes of asking. The reception staff were always polite and effficient, and the concierge was brilliant, long after the small tip we gave him ran out.... more

Value for money was excellent, although we booked this as part of a package so did not pay full price. Even if the rate hadn't been reduced the location of the hotel 10 min walk from Grand Central, 15 mins from Time Square and five mins from Empire State Building make the hotel worth every penny.
