This was a great place to stay in New York. Staff were very helpful and the location between MIdtown and Chelsea was great. Free (small) breakfast was a bonus as was the roof top garden. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm that was comfortable and had an ensuite bathroom which is rare in hostels. more

Travelled around the U.S for a month and stayed the first and last night here, loved the place on both occasions! The location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from Penn Station/Port Authority bus station. Nice room, clean bathroom and comfy bed. The location of the hostel is fantastic but it's not worth it when considering the behaviour of the staff. I stayed here for three nights and had two unpleasant experiences with staff.
