1st take note of address, there is two Manhattan hotels in New York and the taxi driver will need the correct address for the one you are staying in. This hotel did what it said on the tin, Good location, clean comfortable room, polite reception staff. No bells and whistles, but who needs them when in NYC.

Best Location. You could right down 5th Avenue. My wife loved it because of easy access to shopping Great Staff Friendly. The only downside is do not expect a large room. It does have a kitchenette in case you want to cook. Who wants to cook in New York?

We booked a suite with a kitchenette and it was very roomy especially for new york. Location was great near times square, central park, restaurants and shopping. We had a problem with the heat the first night but someone came up right away and fixed it.

I have no complaints. Your prices were competitive, house cleaning services were great, and the location was awesome - close to shopping, parks and subways. And the other travelers in the hotel were clean and normal! I really like the automated checkout kiosks, the exercise room, lounge, and the noon checkout.

Great location. Close to Times Square, Central Park, and shopping. Service was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and modern. Spacious bathroom. We will definitely stay there again!
