The hotel and staff was wonderful during our weekend stay in October. The rooms are spacious, clean, updated and hip. The concierge service was outstanding and very helpful in booking last minute dinner reservations. I would also recommend making reservations for high tea which is a little bit of London in NYC. They messed up our room reservation, gave me unwanted wake up calls at 3am, and charged me for minibar items i never got!! all with no apologies.... the people at the front desk are rude and inconsiderate! more
