I have spent the past five weeks staying at different hotels in the Penn Station/Madison Square Garden area. Do not stay here. The service stinks and they don't care. We were there for one night- the tv did not work and they could not have cared less. The front desk was rude to my wife. This place is terrible = do not stay here. more

Set in the heart of the Flower District, this hotel is a gem. The service was great and the room was large and clean. A few drawbacks: the hotel does not have a full-service restaurant. Whilst not in the most "fashionable" part of town, the hotel is well located to get all around the city (only a few blocks from the Empire State). It is also very close to subway stations.
