Upon arriving at the 'hotel' the windowless room was dirty, the bed sheets werent changed and there were stains everywhere. When mentioned to reception, they sent someone straight to our room. Fantastic location, really close to Grand St metro stop in China town and Little Italy. You pay for what you get, cheap rooms although the tax is quite a lot on arrival (you pay that when you get there).
