We stayed here in January of 2011 for two nights. The location was great-easy to get everywhere. Even with it being a great location, it was very quiet. We loved our stay, both in New York City and at the Desmond Tutu and would definitely stay there again. A lot of fun!

Attended a conference held at the Desmond Tutu. Had a nice room. Was very quiet considering this was NYC. Was across the street from the high-line so had the opportunity for a nice walk. Never visited the Chelsea area which I would like to visit again. Staff was very helpful.

This is a great deal, and a very comfortable and attractive place to stay in NYC. I use it every time I visit. Staff is as friendly and welcoming as you'll find in Manhattan.
