We were pleasantly surprised by this well located hotel. Very convenient location and safe to walk even at night. We paid 130.00 USD/night for a HUGE apartment. Bed was comfy, bathroom clean and large with lots of extras in case you forgot something essential. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast with fresh items and attentive staff. Secure building and... more

We were a party of four. Two mums and teenage daughters. We rented a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom had a queen size bed and the living room had a queen size sofa bed. They were very comfortable. If you are traveling in a group that would prefer not to share a bed then you should bear this in mind... more

The HH is a small apartment-type hotel in a very central location. The reception staff are very helpful and were keen to please. The 2 bedroom apts are very large with a good lounge and full-sized kitchen and are a welcome change from small hotel rooms. They sleep six easily, although there is only one bathroom. The down side is... more

We, a family of 6 with kids from 9-17, spent a week in NYC. Spacious accommodation at reasonable prices are not easy to find in NYC. Combined with central location and great service, BW Hospitality House ensured a great vacation for the whole family. more

I enjoyed my stay. The room was a small apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen and bath. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals... The location was great. It was within walking distance to many attractions and it seemed to be a safe area. I really enjoyed the complimentary... more

We happened to book in when the UN General Assembly was in session down the street, but dispite all the distruption going on,we found the hotel very good. The location was excellent,as there was plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and it is very close to some of the major attractions. We found the walk to Times Square,Empire State & Broadway fairly... more

We were looking for apartment style accommodation in New York as we heard the hotels rooms were very small. This room was huge! We had a living area, full-size kitchen and two huge bedrooms. It was far bigger than my own apartment, I couldn't believe it. The staff there - in particular Sam on the front desk - really knew... more

There were 4 of us who headed off for a girls out weekend. (our focus was on dinner, sightseeing, and plays, not nightclubs). What a perfect place for us to stay! We had NO trouble at all finding it. There is parking close by for approx. $25/day. Great price for NYC! The lobby is teeny, and only one small elevator,... more

Just a great place to make yourself at home in New York! We are a family of 5, including 3 kids ages 8-10. We stayed in room 6A, which has 2 bedrooms, a living area, a single bathroom, and a full kitchen. The first bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd one has 2 twins. The living area... more
