We booked our stay through a third-party site which obligated us to those dates, but when I had a death in my family I thought pushing back our stay would turn into a hassle but they were so nice and accommodating it was only a matter of a quick phone call.

I stumbled upon this hotel by accident and once teething problems were sorted, it was an excellent choice.
Located right by the subway entrance for the 1 line, getting there couldn't be easier. The Cosmopolitan is located just 5 minutes from Ground Zero and has the wonderful Century 21 Department Store on the doorstep.

I have stayed at the Cosmopolitan a few times before, so I already knew that it was a great deal for little $... once again, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms immaculate (albeit on the small side, which could be an issue for larger people), and the location is unbeatable....

Great location, close to "everything". Reasonable too, considering the location. On top of that, it's clean, the staff is always helpful and polite, and the rooms and bathroom are big and they all have a/c. I've been staying here three times, and it will definitely be a forth time! Great value :)
