I stay at this hotel often, perhaps five or six times a year. I had tried maybe six or seven other hotels in mid-town before I found this one. I travel a lot with work and this hotel has a very pleasant, friendly atmosphere and the rooms are very comfortable. The wireless internet has improved to the point where it... more

We visit New York at least once a year and sometimes twice. We have stayed at a different property every time. We have always been from a little to a lot disappointed. Not this time. From the moment of our arrival to the time of departure we could not ask for more. Pleasant helpful staff that really made you feelat... more

If you want to stay in a hotel that offers customer service, a clean, beautiful atmosphere, this would be the place for you. The staff could not have been more attentive and happy. Yes, happy! The location is within walking distance of Times Square, Central Park and great shopping. The complimentary coffee in the lobbey is delicious and the Library... more

Service was extra-ordinary at this hotel and we would highly recommend it. We stayed in a street view room with a king bed that was very clean and pleasant. Although there were some signs of "tiredness" in the furniture, it was still lovely. Tip:If you wish to use the sauna - extra reminders are necessary. more

Booked a room with two double beds for four nights from June 26-30, 2009. The Bad: It's a small hotel but it's a great place nonetheless. Rooms were clean but the hotel and room shows its age. Rough spots in the arm chair and corners of walls. Hotel elevator is terribly slow and there are only two. Bathroom and bedroom... more

The service was good, not outstanding, but the doorman was usually available and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was small (typical for NY) but well appointed. The bed was comfortable, Frette linens and towels, Molton Brown tolietries, serious water pressure, tiny closet (again, typical for NY). The location was perfect, close to subways, walking distance to... more

I stayed here with my 2 children for 4 nights. We booked it for the great price and the location. The hotel is very small. It has a small lobby, sitting area and small restaurant. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. When we checked in they gave us an option of 2 rooms the first one was the one... more

Once again, the Iroquois has gone far beyond even the most outrageous expectations one can imagine. I was staying for two days and nights, on business, with an extremely tight schedule. Though my flight was delayed in arriving at JFK, the driver that the hotel sent made up for it in getting me to Midtown. In addition, as I was... more

The staff were very friendly at the hotel. Our room was small but very comfortable and super quiet. We had no street noise at all. This is a great location for site seeing and getting around the city. Don't pack a lot of stuff because the closet is ridiculously small. We didn't eat at the hotel but maybe next time. more

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. We grabbed a last minute package to nyc. The rate was great, but now I know why. They put my wife and I (I'm 6'2") in the smallest room I've ever stayed in. It could only fit a double bed, which was way too small for me. It was about 225 sq. ft.. This... more
