We must have stayed in a different hotel. It was awful. Noisy, dirty smelly room, carpet and decoration needed a good clean. Staff were abrupt and distracted. Would never stay here again. Location was OK though. more

6 of us stayed in 2 tower suites. Very spacious rooms, fridge, microwave & coffee machine were great to have.
