My husband and I stayed at the hotel from 12th to 15th of September.Check in was efficient,quick and courteous. stayed here with my wife for our birthday! we share it on the same day and month. when we checked in the staff were polite, helpful, just great! they had over booked but gave us an upgrade. they gave us a suite we had just one other room on our floor. the veiw was amazing... would stay at this hotel... more

I was told that other colleagues on business to NYC stayed here. I usually stay at other boutique hotels - but thought I'd give it a try. Total trash, this hotel.
