Rooms in need of good clean and revamp. Carpet stained, worn and dirty. It didn't look like the maid hoovered our carpet throughout our stay. Superb mid-town location is killer for this hotel, you're in the middle of Manhattan, close to the subway, Rockerfeller Centre, Radio City Music Hall, MoMa, and loads of other things, too.
