Upon arrival, we were completely ignored at the reception desk whilst the man was just standing there in the doorway of the back office, chatting to a colleague. Great service, lovely room with large bed - closet with lots of hangers! Ultra modern bathroom, 2 shower heads - smart design. Breakfast in the mezzanine salon is outstanding: cold cuts, home made breads, eggs to order, fresh fruit and interesting fruit juices, spectacular capuccino. We were waiting to check in when a young couple rushed in front of us and demanded a refund due to bedbugs in their room. Needless to say we stayed elsewhere. There are several nice hotels in the immediate area. Beware of this one! More
