Just back from a 5 night stay at the Renaissance, and all I can say is I will be back next year, this hotel is amazing, the only thing we never done was to eat there. our trip didn't start of too well as the taxi driver tried to rip us off, but once he realised that were Scottish that... more
Fantastic Location.....In Times Square Hotel Rooms---small but clean Elevator wait was long at times (took the stairs on a few occasions from the 24th floor) Asked for two double beds (for 3 people) got one King and one very uncomfortable Cot Concierge was barely around for guests Not impressed for a 4 1/2 star hotel......but loved the location more
Stayed here in mid November for four nights and was reasonably impressed. Rooms were a decent size for NYC and the hotel is in a great location - smack bang in the middle of Times Square. Service was good but the restaurant downstairs was a bit expensive for breakfast. Has free wifi internet in foyer - you have to pay... more
Fantastic hotel, right in the centre of New YOrk. Very modern look, great food & great gym, rooms are big and fully equipped! Fantastic stay! more
Stayed for two nights this past weekend at the Renaisance Times Square. I have been to NYC a dozen times over the past 10 years, however had not stayed in a Times Square hotel before. It is certainly not for the faint of heart. I would not recommend the location to anyone except those who enjoy pushy, loud, touristy crowds... more
The hotel is very good, however i fould that being IN times square (literally behind the coke advert) it was very busy, therefore 'popping' back to the hotel was a very exhausting experience! If you want to stay in Times Square this will be perfevct for you. more
We went to NY and stated in the Renaissance New York Hotel Times Square from October the 28th until the 2nd November. It was a great hotel, nice room with two double beds on the 26th floor (club class), The room was clean, had a great view and met our expectations. The hotel is in a great location in Times Square. It's not smack in the center of Times Square like Marriott is, which is a good thing. Housekeeping was fast in bringing extra towels. The room was a good size with a nice bathroom. Very clean. Definitely would stay there again. more
This hotel had large rooms, excellent facilities, with great friendly staff - & couldn't be in a better position, right at the top of Times Square. The view from the restaurant is amazing - not to be missed. more
